Scorm Package not displaying

Hi,

I'm trying to upload a small testing scorm package to moodle, however, I get the following error:


Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@newtec-training.slackword.net and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.


It's a small .zip package (1.5MB) created in Adobe Captivate 2017. Reporting is enabled - SCORM1.2 for Moodle. The package plays fine in Captivate's Preview in SCORM cloud.

It's an Apache Server hosted through HostMonster.

Some of the Moodle settings that might be useful to know:

Force users to enable JavaScriptscorm: Yes
I have just enabled the following but not sure how to access any logs:

Activate API debug and tracing (set the capture mask with apidebugmask): Yes

Switch on Debugging. Reproduce the error. Check your web server's error log for additional information.

So, you no longer get the Error 500 when debugging is on?

Sorry, still do get the same error as in my first post. For some reason, at some point the other screen appeared previously. Now I click on it I still get the error.

Well - you should (at the very least) find the Error 500 in the logs. If you don't, you are probably looking in the wrong place. 

What server / OS / web server is this?

Ok - I did some more digging but could not find the reason. I've installed moodle on a different server (different hosting) and everything worked out of the box.
