The only thing built in is PayPal_enrolment
A more comprehensive solution is to use Moodle along side an eCommerce application. A common one is Wordpress + WooCommerce + Moodle. There are integrations available for that from a number of sources.

All open source... although I think some of the integrations are commercial.
