Where is the source code for the Grader Report?

Hi there!

Can anyone please direct me to the server location that the Moodle 3.1 Grader Report is located? I need to create a similar report, with a few extra fields. I'm new to Moodle's DB structure, and cannot find the fields that the grader report references to save my life. (namely how it gets the grader's name and how it displays each assessment's attempt).

The gradebook is rather complex. This week I bought Rebecca Barringtons book on the gradebook (from Packt Publishing) and  my collegue weas amazed that it was 162 pages.
