LDAP is working but couldnt log in users

I am using Moodle 2.9 and trying to log in users by LDAP authentication. I think LDAP is working: when an user from MS active directory try logging in moodle says “the user account “111111” is not available on this site.

If i try with random characters “12345” there is an error “invalid login, please try again”

Can moodle search all sub-contexts? Or is there a limit deep to search sub-contexts?

My distinguished name like this: “cn=ldapsearch, ou=dl, ou=serviceaccounts, ou=personel, ou=99-system,dc=my,dc=org”

Solved.

Manage Authentication page: Prevent account creation when authenticating was enabled. Then i disabled it and now users are logging in with their Active Directory username and passwords

Thanks for all
