Can you guys help me?!
[EXPLANATION]
I have installed Moodle 2.9 on a server A and I moved the database + moodledata from this Moodle to a server B and downloaded Moodle 3.3.2.
I set the parameters of the config.php file of this new version with the old moodledata and the old base data, so the system began updating the version.
[PROBLEM]
The updated Moodle is working, but the user profile images and some other images are not loading at all (see PRINTs 1 and 2).
[WHAT I'VE TRIED]
Caches / Themes: I've cleaned up general caches, cleaned up caches of themes, tried to change the theme, manually cleaned the caches in moodledata;
Slasharguments: The server is already configured with AcceptPathInfo On; I've already enabled "Use Slasharguments" in Server - HTTP on Moodle;
Permissions: I have already put up permission 777 in moodledata;
I have tried to upload a new image in a profile and, upa, but it does not display (see PRINT 3).
Any way to solve this ?!
