Course short name on certificate

Course short name on certificate

Saw an old post on modifying a template element to use the course short name instead of the long name. The answer seems out of date.
 Is this still possible?

I think I found it in element/coursename/classes.

It seems to give the result as intended however please let me know if I am wrong or if I need to modify anything else.
