Indeed, MoodleCloud only provides the latest version of Moodle.
Moodle 3.2.5 is now unsupported. The latest 3.2.x supported release is 3.2.6, which you can download from https://download.moodle.org/releases/security/
Without more information (why do you need 3.2.5 exactly?), it's hard to help. Perhaps the general forum could provide more support.
