General help

I use Moodle 3.2. When I try to send emails through Moodle using forums, the quickmail block, or when creating manual users and automatically generating a password, the emails are not sent. I use cPanel to host Moodle and I have the cron job set up following the Moodle Cron docs. Is there something I am doing wrong?

Help would be appreciated.
