I would like to install several Moodle approved plugins (from the downloads/plugins page at Moodle.org) to my MoodleCloud courses. I cannot locate where and how to update/add a plugin when I am in a course developed in MoodleCloud?
MoodleCloud - Installing Plugins?

Hi John,
At this time, you are unable to add any plugins to a MoodleCloud site:

Re: MoodleCloud - Installing Plugins?
Hello,
I want to ask you about these plugins, are they safe and are they really useful plugins ?
Re: MoodleCloud - Installing Plugins?
Hi Rajesh,
Are you asking about the plugins that are included as part of a Moodle for School package? I am going to assume so.
Those plugins are safe in that they have been tested extensively by the MoodleCloud team to work. If there were some known security issue related to them, I am very confident that the team would have pounced on it for sure.
As far as useful goes, a hammer is not so handy for sewing, but pretty good for smacking in nails ... these plugins are very useful for many a teaching situation, but as we all know, not all teaching situations are alike. In my circumstances, the Attendance module is not so useful as I have been required to take attendance using another system; if I didn't have that requirement, it would be extremely useful to me. Group Choice is spectacularly useful with my students. I have rarely used a teleconferencing solution such as Big Blue Button with my classes, but it might be a daily occurrence in your case, so extremely useful to you. When I *do* want to offer an interview with an expert to my students, however, having the option available is really valuable.
Do you think that Checklist could help your students (and you, and even their parents) keep track of their requirements, progress and completed material? I do. And if you are teaching with material that needs the Equation or Chemistry editors and they weren't available, how many hairs would remain on your head? Maybe we would all love a few more plugins to suit our particular situation, but these ones have been tested with the MoodleCloud themes, and they are stable - is "reassuring" the safety that you are looking for?
At the end of the day, I think that I might be saying that it's not just what we've got through Moodle for School, but how we use it ... or am I saying something like beauty is in the eye of the beholder?
HTH,
