Questionnaire (plugin)

Thank you, that was the problem!

I had somehow improperly moved the Questionnaires to another course, where they couldn't be edited. But, upon visiting the actual database table mdl_questionnaire_survey, I updated its owner field with the new and correct course id from mdl_course. I may now update the questionnaire in Moodle from within the Questionnaire's new course.
