We have an issue where the max grade for an activity that has been set to by an instructor does not match the max grade that the student sees in the gradebook and is causing grade discrepancies. Teaching assistants are having to manually change the grade to the correct percentage out of 100 (15 out of 20 is 75% so they override the score to 75).
In the two screen shots you will see that the max grade is set to 20 points as well as all the other items are set to scores of 4 to 15. The scores from 4 to 15 match what the student sees, but not the Final Lab Exam which shows as being out of 100.
Also, because it comes through as out of 100 points it skews the weight for that item from 22% to 60% and lowers all the other weights.
Maybe this is a known bug or perhaps someone has seen this issue before and knows how to fix it? Even when we change the max grade from 20 to some other number it still shows as 100 to the students.
