Our NGO has not implemented a theme as yet.  We wish to implement a multi-tenancy theme for our Moodle version 3.3 that would enable administrators to isolate Managers and their respective groups from other Managers and groups.  The desired effect would be to isolate colleges from one another that share a single installation of Moodle. 

Can someone recommend a free Moodle theme that we could use or modify to achieve this functionality?  We would also be happy to collaborate with anyone to achieve the multi-tenancy theme functionality and share it with the Moodle community.

Hi Fred,

As far as I'm aware, none of them as that's not what themes are about.  They are about structuring and styling the page and not about user functionality in the terms that you describe.

So you can look at the capability and role mechanism in Moodle to see if it will do what you want to do on one site.  But I suspect you'll need to run many instances of Moodle to have true separation and 99% certainty of isolation.
