I want to replace the text "Is this your first time here?" with my own customized text in the login page. please help me how can I change this text.
If you want to just change the text "Is this your first time here?" then you can use Language Customisation.
If you want to change the instructions underneath the heading you can set these under Site administration → Plugins → Authentication → Manage authentication in Instructions.
