Since last month, I notice more and more "Behat requirement not satisfied" errors on first run. I suspected these errors were related to a wrong setting in my web server or php configuration. But now the error also pops up in travis (https://travis-ci.org/ewallah/moodle-enrol_coursecompleted#L838) so I presume there is something else happening.
Does anyone else see these warnings?
