Parent Directory not writable Permissions problem

When trying to run install.php it asks me to validate path then issues an error "Parent directory (/hermes/bosnacweb02/bosnacweb02cc/b2447/sl.thecsoadvisorscom) is not writeable. Data directory (/hermes/bosnacweb02/bosnacweb02cc/b2447/sl.thecsoadvisorscom/moodledata) cannot be created by the installer."


Permissions on parent directory are 755

Perhaps it is the ownership that is the issue.  Why not just manually create the moodledata folder and provide it with the necessary permissions and see if that fixes it?

I did that with no luck. And the permissions are 777. See attached picture/
