Should be possible as that block uses a renderer and Mustache templates, so here are where the tabs are defined: https://github.com/moodle/moodle/blob/MOODLE_33_STABLE/blocks/myoverview/templates/main.mustache#L39-L48 - thus just a matter of overriding in the Boost template's folder as appropriate.
