Graded Student Work Notification sent to Parent Role

Greetings,

I'm using Moodle 3.4+ (Build:20171123) in a testing environment.

Question:  Is there a way to send the "Parent Role" email notifications of a graded assessment?  We want parents to get these notifications in addition to students. 

*I have student notifications (via email) working as they should, but cannot get the parent role to receive these same email notifications.

I would be also interested in the email notification. If it does not work as you supposed, you may fill feature request in tracker.moodle.org .
