Our Moodlecloud site has been unavailable
since 10-11-2017, we get a message that says "site is undergoing
maintenance, please try again shortly" when we try to acces it (after log-in).

This site was suspended a while ago and is now back online.
The exact cause of this site suspension are not known to me at this point. If needed, some information could be sent to the site administrator we have on record.

Thanks for the response and the (unfortunately temporary) fix. As of today our Moodle is again offline (suspended?).
Could you perhaps lift the suspension again and contact the administrator for more information, if anything on our Moodle is against the Moodle terms of use we would like to know so we can ammend it.

The site has been repeatedly used in contravention with our Terms of Service, and we need to resolve this with you before returning the site to normal operation.

Thats unfortunate, any violation of the ToS is not our intention, we would like to remove any content in breach with the ToS and will make sure it isn't uploaded again [nor anything like it].
We would like to begin resolving this issue.
