The test is going to be delivered online and it's not proctored, so they're considering a few different work-arounds, though it looks like the course coordinator will end up creating 120 quizzes. I liked the idea of using the assignment tool to collect each student's responses, you just have to figure out a way to deliver the question to each student, and have the include their in their response.
