please i want to know how to make anew theme with new featchers not like ordinary
i want to make some new changes to my webpage;for viewing news and how to the text to move
sorry for my poor english
ihave read this document and made anew theme but i was asking about how to make adiffrent theme with diffrent featchers such as to make the news bar moving or to add pictures in the home of the site that change every few second or some motions in word or when you put the mouse on label,the list will be shown
i need any codes that support that
