I am curious if any one is having a similar problem.
In Google Chrome (currently running Version 62.0.3202.94) my LTI links in the course I teach often don't appear on initial load, or sometimes appear and then quickly disappear. Pressing F5 to reload the page brings them all back.

Other teachers here are having the same problem utilizing different LTI providers in Moodle than the one I use.
Not sure how best to solve this.
Any advice is appreciated!
