Moodle 3.4

> error/moodle/cannotimport
> This error was seen when trying to import an improperly made XML file for Moodle questions for a quiz.
But I am positive I choose to upload in Aiken format. Why is trying to upload XML? Or is the error just wrong?
According to Moodle docs, this is what Aiken format is supposed to look like:
https://docs.moodle.org/34/en/Aiken_format
Below I have the file that I am trying to upload.
