Any one having an issue after upgrading when trying to add a new user.
The error is
See if you can't bypass ...
and save the sos.html file into the moodle code directory of your site.
The page uses 'relatively addressed' links to ./admin/ or ./whaterver
First click on any link you should be prompted to login ... all links in the sos.html file open in a new window so you can get back to the sos.html page by closing the newly opened window.
This doesn't fix the problem, but it might help you to navigate to areas of admin so you could change settings, etc. and thus leads to a fix.
After you've resolved, keep a copy of the sos.html file for next time Moodle hic-ups, but *do* remove it from the code directory. Google now-a-days (or other search engines) are amazing! :\
Not that it's an insecure html page for any click on any link on the sos.html page should prompt you to login. And since most of them point to ./admin/ an admin level user should be the only persons that could use. If others can use, then you have more problems than you know! :\
