We have several instances of Moodle running from 3.1 through to 3.4
It seems that for some reason the MathJax function has stopped working.
When text is entered that represents mathematical formulae, the following is what is displayed.
Does anyone have any ideas what may be going on here?

Not sure if your issue is the same as mine, seems as though some of my equations are not rendering, having had an update in moodle versions.
