Look in this course (just "outside" this forum), take the links one by one, and read all about
1. Basic Moodle Documentation
2. Other documentation for students, teachers and administrators
3. Older HowTo stuff
It is easiest that you click on the links yourself instead of us sending you the information, because we don't know what you are interested in, and you might get overwhelmed by all the stuff we would send you.
Look and read around. After this, get a pc, download Moodle, install apache, mysql, php, and Moodle. Try it out, make your own course in a topic that interest you - you try how it is to teach. Enroll your friends and see how it is to administer.
This should get you going. At any time, if you have some questions, find the right place to ask and post it there.
