Having a strange issue with printing a complete book: the right margin gradually expands leftward <-- <-- <-- as the page count increases, squeezing the text into a smaller and smaller space. It's fine on page 1, but by the end of the document, the text is no more than two or three words wide, and an 8-page document turns into 30 pages!
The initial preview HTML screen displays correctly, and individual chapters also display/print correctly. The problem is only with printing complete books.
Has anyone run into this problem before?
