Moodle 3.4
Supposedly this is easy to do, but I am not seeing it.
I read about H5P in Moodle docs, but I did not find download / upload instructions.

Have you installed the H5P plugin?
If you have... you should have a link (bottom left corner) of your H5P activity that allows you to download the H5P file.
I see this in view mode not when editing.
There may be H5P settings that control this download link. (I too am new to H5P)

Got it! Thank you. I should starting doing "Where's Waldo" puzzles, I completely overlooked that link.
Now I will see if I can figure out how to upload.
FWIW: it is my understanding that: not only can I upload the h5p course into moodle, but I could also upload it into drupal or wordpress.
