Long story short, we have an administrator (enrolled as a non-editing teacher) who needs to monitor the turn around time between assignment deadlines and the feedback/grading of the assignment.
We intend to use the grade workflow so all students receive their grade notifications at the same time, but we also want an automatic notification to be sent to the administrator letting her know the grades have been released.
I had a look at role permissions to see if there is anything I can enable to allow an extra notification to be sent, but I've found nothing relevant.
The other option I thought of, was seeing if the dates of grades were included in the grade-book export report. Unfortunately they are not.
Does anyone have any other ideas?
