Is it possible to use Font Awesome in Language Customization?

  1. HTML Settings - Remove HTML tags - Unticked
  2. Font Awesome Filter - Applied to all formats

As far as I am aware, the Local Customization input field is Plain Text Format and certainly supports HTML. Is there a reason why I cannot use Font Awesome in the same way I use it in HTML blocks and Labels?

I tried using [fa fa-icon], <a class>, <span class> but no luck.

A wise word would be greatly appreciated. smile

If I understood it correctly then I don't think it will work like you would need. The UI strings (eventually customized) are not always processed by filters. Filters are generally applied to user content only.

Thanks for the response. That is exactly what I guessed.
