I am having issues with Self Registration for users to create a new account. Everything was working fine until Saturday (Nov 11) and now when you click create my new account it just refreshes to the same page with all the info still in it.
I have tried to remove reCapthca, issued new recaptcha keys and does the same thing over and over.
I can manually create user accounts still
What moodle version are you using?
I am on Version 3.3.1 Build 20170710

When I try to register (self authenticate) I see that the "create user" button does nothing.
Debugging the console I see:
