i have moodle 2.7 external database synchronization after making synchronization command there is some changes on external db but moodle db not affected (student and teachers still in moodle db )
They will not be removed from the database but are they still listed in the user's list in moodle? Also, what do you have for the setting Removed Ext User?

External unenrol action = Unenrol user from course
and i make new synchronization
i loose the old semester enrollment data (users cannot there old data ) ... i read data from external data base (oracle view )
what option must i set to avoid loose old enrollment data ???
If you unenroll students from courses, they will not have access to their data. As you have noticed it is still there- you will need to reenroll them and select the setting to restore grades.
