Some of the accounts get stuck and people cannot log out or see their profile settings. It only happens to certain accounts. How can I fix this?
I believe I'm using Moodle 2.6.1+ (Build: 20140220). Also,
It would help a lot if you gave us some information about your problem....
- how is your system configured?
- how is your authentication configured?
- What does 'cannot log out' look like? What happens?
- Have you tried with Debugging on? Have you checked the error log?
- Is this a custom theme? If you (temporarily) change to a core theme does it make any difference?
- Strictly speaking, 2.6.1 is old and unsupported (nearly four years old). Can you upgrade to a supported version?
