3.3 paypal plugin: user paid but is not enrolled

Moodle 3.3. Paypal plugin.

Paypal seems to be installed correctly. Payapal works in that it accepts payment, and puts the payment into the correct account.

But after paying, when the user clicks "return to merchant" the user is taken back to the paypal screen. And the user is not enrolled in the course.

I did not have this problem with Moodle 2.9.

I think the problem may have been that I did not wait long enough.

Hi,

Just check in the PayPal settings that "Allow PayPal enrolments" is set to Yes.
