General help

Hi all, 

I can see from my other instance of moodle that when in a course, and in a topic that there is an option to go to the previous/next topic.

However, right now there is only the previous option showing, please see the image below:

There are a lot of topics after this but no option to go directly to it (As you will see from my professional box). 

Any help would be appreciated.
