At our university, we use Office 365 integration, and one great thing is the ability to sync events into the Office 365 calendar. But we have to advice each individual to 1) activate this by ticking off "Enable Outlook Calendar Sync", 2) After that, go in to "Outlook Calendar sync settings" and tick of all courses, 3) Every time they get enrolled in a new course, the have to go to "Outlook Calendar sync settings" and tick of the new courses.
So out question is, is it possible somehow to autosubscribe everybody to the courses they are enrolled in?
If so, I'd love to know how If not, I'd suggest to add this feature. E.g. by
1. Having an option under "Outlook Calendar sync settings" where it is possible to tick of "Auto subscribe to all course" or to "new" courses or something similar (when "Enable Outlook Calendar Sync" is ticked).
2. Having a setting for the site, saying that it is possible to choose whether "Enable Outlook Calendar Sync" and the mentioned feature from 1 are automatically enabled for new users.
I know that other people also have been asking for something similar - if this is not the right forum to ask, then have me excused and point me to the right place
