Thanks Jeff. I had thought of that, but wanted something a bit mor "organized". I may just try a table, viz:

However, The table is quite narrow and does not allow me to size the columns.

This one was done by filling a worksheet in excel and then just copying and pasting.Looks better.

This might work by creating a master table for the month/term in excel, copying it into a web page resource and then editing it... thanks for the suggestion.

I'd like to figure out how to get it to copy the cells in with borders...
