I hope I can get some help here.
Students are given an essay assignment and we defined a rubric. When we wanted to start grading, we clicked the plus sign to show the text since the submissions were online, but nothing happened. We also looked at the feedback box and saw that it is plain area with no atto, only html area. Teachers are unable to grade as a result. Do you have any explanation for this, any one can help please?
