It is possible to upload an image in a Lesson activity. Perhaps you can give more details about your particular problem with this?

When a student open the editor and click on icon image, is not displayed the option of upload image to moodle.
Is only displayed "insert url" in atto editor.

Hello. Sorry I am not in a position to check this but I think this is true for students. I thought you meant teachers, who can upload images, but I believe students can only link to URLs.
