I am trying to install a mail test plug in https://moodle.org/plugins/local_mailtest
After clicking install, the web page spins for a very long time, then I get this message:
Cannot obtain session lock for sid: c356fcad268c535bbf14e336b024d101It continues to do this with an administrator account, but all user accounts are still functional. How can I verify that something is actually installing?
We are using v3.2.2
