we are running Moodle 2.9, and recently one of our file upload activity's were accidentally deleted. i don't know how you can "accidentally" delete something if your prompted to select yes to ensure you want to, but any way..
Is there any way to recover the data? there was no backup made, however I'm aware there should be a trash directory somewhere...., but i cant assess the server directly. We have a third party company who do that and to ask them can become costly.
I have full admin privileges, just unsure how to recover deleted data like this without a backup.
any help would be greatly appreciated
