i have downloaded and installed moodle but get old theme

i have downloaded moodle from the website and installed it on my cpanel webhosting but i get this old theme the version i have downloaded and installed is Moodle 3.3.2 my webhosting has all recent versions of mysql, php and other stuff what is required to have moodle can any 1 help

Clear browser cache then try purging the site cache by going directly to: http://yoursite/admin/purgecaches.php
