We are using a LTI from one Moodle providing content to two different Moodle sites. We have found that some LTI created accounts (e.g. enrol_lti7fd2da98ce6b2900d58d6b201db8df1bd971a4ce) are duplicated, that's to say two students from the two different sites have the same account.
Maybe the reason is because we have used the same LTI instance for both sites, but we are surprised as the accounts are randomly constructed.
Has this happened to anyone else?
