File picker works in safari, but not chrome

Moodle 2.9+ (Build: 20150514)


File picker just shows spinning wheel in Chrome.  It works fine in Safari.  

I tried turning off all extensions in Chrome, but that did not solve the problem.  

I tried it in Chrome incognito mode, but that didn't work either.  


Any ideas?
