Upload option not available on a Mac ?

Hi,

Users have been notifying me of problems uploading their PoodLL recordings while using a Mac.  Starting a recording works, playing it back works, but the upload button remains greyed out and users can't upload their work. 

This seems to be a Mac-only problem, as I haven't been able to reproduce the problem on a PC.  Could it be related to recent updates to MacOS' High Sierra?

Sorry to miss this. Its not a common problem. We need a bit more information really. 

Can you :

i) try recording on https://demo.poodll.com
If it works there, we can get it working on your site .

ii) send your support info file (export from /site admin/plugins/filters/poodll/support info ) to support [at] poodll.freshdesk.com
