I am looking for help to get some kind of report going that teachers can access from the homepage to see how a particular student is progressing through all the courses they are enrolled in. Currently the only way for a teacher to do this is go through a lot of clicking to find this out.
I was wondering if anyone had figured out or could point me in the direction of having a report that could be generated from the home page where:
Possible scenario A
1. Teacher searches a students name, only students who share same courses+groups as the teacher display
2. Report looks similar to the course completion report, but shows all courses the student is enrolled in (in place of where the student list is in the current report) with the acivity checklist beside it.
Possible scenario B
1. Teacher uses a dropdown box showing all of the students they share a course+group with, then selects a user
2. Report shows as above for that user.
Has anyone got any idea how to begin this, is it even something that can be built by the average admin or is it going to be a specialist job?
Any help would be appreciated.
