I cannot delete files in my course in Moodlecloud.
I mean: I click to delete a file, everything seems OK, but afterwards the file appears again in the course.
Any idea about this problem?

We will need more information about this issue to help with this issue. Which kind of resource or activity was the file uploaded into? A screenshot or the url of the page where this happens (both where you can see the file and where you go to delete it) could help here.

same with me. when I delete my file from my site It was deleted from the course and topics but in file limit always shows that this file exist and disc space is not free. Please check it and tell why this problem is continue.

thanks for your proper inquiry support. First my website link is https://joinstudy.moodlecloud.com . I am also posting here that what my file are showing. some of the files are deleted but showing in the server file list. Specially files which are on the top.

We're looking into it now. It could be related to the fact the file was imported from Google drive.

Are these files linked to the document converter? Does the information on https://support.moodle.com/hc/en-us/sections/115000796411-About-MoodleCloud-Converter help make sense of this?
If this does not help and if you haven't done so already, please open a support request with us, using the "Contact your partner" link in the MoodleCloud portal, from https://moodlecloud.com/app and we can have a better look at it.
