IIS Folder Permission details

Moodle has 1 sentence documentation on IIS folder permissions here.

'...The default IIS account is IIS_IUSRS, make sure it has appropriate access right to Moodle dirroot (read only) and dataroot (read/write) directories...'

The instructions are pretty clear but I was hoping someone can confirm the advanced permission details (highlighted in yellow below) are appropriate for IIS7.5 on Windows2008r2 for the web and dataroot folders.

1] Dataroot folder: IUSR user, Read and Write permissions

2] Web folder: IUSR user, Read permissions

environment moodle 3.1.5 , windows 2008r2 IIS7.5, mysql

Paul, keep web folder permission as default (read only), for dataroot folder, yes give write permission to IUSR, else moodle wont work.
