Installing and upgrading help

Don't know about the others, but Journal works up to 3.2, if you go get the 3.2 version from github. That version also works on Moodle 3.3 but will give a few warnings about deprecated ways of naming things. They are easily fixed as the warning also gives what you need to change to fix the warning.
