We are running moodle 3.3 and we are having problems when students want to submit assignments. When they try to do so, moodle is like blocked, it remains "thinking" and they are logged out. When they log in again, the assignment is already submitted, like magically.
Can anybody help us? thanks a lot,
We have a similar issue. When a student click "Save Changes" to submit the file he or she uploaded, sits for about 2 minutes or so before completing if it completes at all. However, as Adriana observed, the submission is there if we navigate to the assignment page. Turning off virus checking doesn't seem to help. Any ideas about what to look into?
We don't have issues when teachers upload files for student in the "File" activity.
