I have installed the openemeetings plugin in Moodle 3.3.2 and Moodle 3.2.4+. Following are the details of my server:
Case I:
Moodle Certified by Bitnami-3-3-2-0 on Ubuntu 14. 
I have PHP Version 7.0.23 and openmeetings 2.0.2.7 (2017073111).
Case II:
Moodle 3.2.4+ with PHP Version 7.0.22-0 on Ubuntu0.16.04.1, the web server being Nginx.
I could not connect to openmeetings. The openmeetings server details :
openmeetings 3.3.2 port 5443, plugin version 2.0.2.7.
In both the above cases it is seen that, all the special characters in the admin password are being urlencoded. Is it due to the installed plugin or related to some other issue.?
Login with the url part of the array is not successfull.
5443 port is opened for inward & outward traffic on Moodle and Openmeetings servers.
